The Company’s Organization

In what regards the company's policy, and in order to meet the objectives and responsibilities delegated by management, it is of the utmost importance that the Quality Management System implemented is maintained with maximum efficiency.

The continuous improvement of the Quality Management System is achieved with the collaboration of all those involved in the various stages of the production process, since the correct identification of the customer needs, design, planning, supply, production, inspection and expedition.

Thus, it is essential to clearly define each of the areas of intervention and respective responsibilities of their participants in the process, not with the objective of segmenting and isolating its tasks, but rather to connect them more easily.
The responsibility for the efficiency of the Quality Management System doesn’t belong only to the person in charge of quality, but it is rather shared by all.
